The St Louis Wellness Center has an immediate opening for a part-time, client-facing office manager in our Webster Groves office
If you’re interested in assisting others healing and growth, as an ancillary yet crucial support for others – this could be your ideal job. Be of service, create community, have flexible working hours and get paid; all while having a great place to work.
Job responsibilities include:
- engaging in personable client contact
- managing client use of far-infrared sauna
- creating and publishing social media content (Mailchimp, Instagram, Facebook)
- assisting service providers in intra-office needs
- maintaining oversight of waiting rooms and other public spaces
- understanding and educating clients on the variety of services offered
- placing new clients with correct service providers
An ideal candidate will:
- have previous office work experience
- be social media active
- confidently work autonomously and in group collaboration
- easily prioritize multiple tasks
- possess good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- understand basic technology
- be skilled with the public and customer service
- care about others, be reliable, and trustworthy
The flexible 15-25 hours per week are in-office and take place over 3-5 days, which include 2 evenings until 7. Hourly pay is commensurate with experience.
