Get ready to join us for the Eastern Missouri Beekeepers Association’s Annual Beekeeping Workshop at 8:00 am to 5:30 pm on February 8th, 2025, at the Holiday Inn, 10709 Watson Road, St. Louis, MO. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned beekeeper, this workshop has something for you.

For those with no prior experience, our Beginners Course is the perfect introduction to the world of beekeeping, covering everything you need to know to get your hives started this Spring. If you’re an intermediate or expert beekeeper, our Experienced Course will focus on advanced topics like colony behavior, queen rearing, pest management, and strategies for feeding.

But that’s not all—we’ll be hosting a vendor show filled with the latest beekeeping gear, tools, and crafts to help take your beekeeping to the next level. Plus, we’ll have exciting raffles and prizes throughout the day!

Our lineup of expert speakers includes:

The fun begins the night before, with our Annual Mardi Gras Banquet. This festive dinner is the perfec way to mingle with fellow beekeepers and enjoy some delicious food from the Twisted Tree with a cash bar, an inspiring presentation, and prizes. This year’s keynote speaker, Bob Binnie, will share his insights from 40 years of beekeeping experience. Tickets are $48, and you do not have to attend the workshop to join us for dinner, so bring a date!
