Balancing schoolwork, social life & personal time can be challenging for many students. Developing good study habits can help maintain high energy levels & ensure academic success. Here are ten tried & true tips for creating hi-vibe study habits:

1. Eliminate Distractions

  • Turn your phone on “do not disturb.” Limit social media & email.
  • Place distracting technology elsewhere.
  • Study without using your computer if you don’t need it.

2. Engage with the Material

  • Create a study guide by writing out the main points of the lesson.
  • Address any incomplete notes soon after the lecture.
  • Say the information out loud to increase retention & vibration.
  • Create visual diagrams or concept maps to explain & visualize the material.

3. Stagger Studying. Allow Enough Time
