Your Tower to Table experience starts with a tour of the Hamilton Farm’s aeroponic garden where owner Paul Hamilton will explain how our produce is grown from heirloom seeds in both a traditional garden setting as well as our state of the art aeroponic towers. The pork, lamb and beef offered will be locally sourced & deliciously paired with our garden produce by our Executive Chefs showcasing the freshest ingredients available.
