World Bird Sanctuary
2017 Fete du Feather Gala and Auction
“Owl You Need Is Love!” February 11th from 6pm – 10pm
The Doubletree St. Louis Hotel in Chesterfield. The night includes live, flying birds, live music by Javier Mendoza, dinner, and an auction! These majestic birds need your support! 100% of the proceeds from Fete Du Feather are used to provide care for all our animals and helps support educational outreach programs and research efforts to ensure bird species survival globally. An acknowledged leader in the fields of environmental education, raptor rehabilitation, propagation and research, World Bird Sanctuary is considered one of the premier centers of its kind in the United States. We have led the charge in the successful battle to save the peregrine falcon, the American barn owl and our beloved bald eagle from extinction. We have educated millions of people across the country about the importance of conservation, rehabilitated thousands of raptors and provided safe-haven to hundreds of birds who would have otherwise perished in the wild. While we are extremely proud of our past, our future can be even brighter! Now in our 40th year, we are looking to advance infrastructure, build new state-of-the-art avian enclosures, enhance visitor experiences with new playgrounds and an improved trail system, broaden the reach of our important conservation education programs and expand our advocacy efforts to preserve and protect wild bird species across the world. Your support of World Bird Sanctuary will help us reach these new goals and soar higher than ever before.
