Bixby’s, located on the second floor of the Missouri History Museum, will stay open until 3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays this summer. Take advantage of the restaurant’s extended weekend hours with Bixby’s Bottomless; guests enjoy bottomless cocktails for $7.

Savor the weekends with friends and family, sipping refreshing drinks and experiencing the beauty of Forest Park through Bixby’s floor-to-ceiling windows. From 1:30-3:00 p.m., Bixby’s will offer bottomless mimosas, Bloody Mary’s and sangria for $7 per adult (age 21+). Bixby’s Bottomless runs on Saturday and Sunday through Labor Day.

Order lunch from the chefs seasonal menu, featuring a variety of fresh salads, small plates and sharables, sandwiches and entrees made with local produce and products. On Sunday, enjoy Bixby’s award-winning Champagne Brunch offering heavy buffet selections, a seasonal benedict station and made-to-order a la carte classics.

“Try the Such & Such Salad with produce from Such & Such Farm in Desoto, Missouri,” said William Volny, Bixby’s Chef. “The salad is completely driven by what is available from the farm! Or try our open-faced options, including the Corn Tostada Trio with lettuce, black beans, avocado and house-made lime crema.”

To continue to bring guests inspired local cuisine in a distinctive setting, Bixby’s will spend the summer refreshing the restaurant and décor. The updates are expected to be complete by Labor Day, but guests should visit often to see what’s new and exciting!
