Cure your cabin fever as The Healthy Planet, St. Louis’ Green & Natural Living magazine, hosts its 19th Natural Living Expo Sunday, February 28, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Webster Groves Recreation Center, 33 East Glendale Road, I-44 at Elm Ave. in Webster Groves, 63119.

This popular event includes 70+ exhibit booths offering a variety of healthy and natural products, services and information to help you live a healthier and greener life.

Enjoy samples of organic and natural foods provided by Whole Foods Market, Sappington Farmers Market, Schnucks Markets, Chipolte Mexican Grill, Snyders of Hanover, Doctor Kracker and more. You can learn how to make your home or office more energy efficient and sign up to win  FREE Amtrak Train tickets and a $600 weekend at Trout Lodge YMCA of the Ozarks.

Live music will include the enchanting sounds of the Native American flute by John MacEnulty and the heavenly harp of Terri Langerak. Enjoy wine  and beer tastings provided by Sappington Farmers Market, Crown Valley Winery and Schafley brewery. Receive a free health screening or chair massage and much more. Adult admission is $8.00, children under 16 are free! Two for one tickets are available inside this issue of The Healthy Planet magazine.  Expo visitors will have the opportunity to aid the Haiti earthquake relief by donating at the expo. The aid will be administered through the Sisters of Loretto directly to the Haitian people.

The first 300 visitors receive a FREE reusable tote bag. The first 100 visitors also receive FREE passes to Missouri Botanical Garden. Bring the whole family and enjoy the day!
