STILL POINT INDUCTION AND JIN SHIN

Saturday, June 5th, 10am-1pm, Instructor:  Kathleen Christ. Still Point is normally initiated throughout the day to rebalance and readjust the central nervous system; however, when the system is overstressed it tends to ignore this function while trying to overcome the difficulty.  By inducing a Still Point we can remind the body to rest, regroup and reorganize.  Jin Shin, similar to Still Point Induction, is a method of gently holding or touching various energy points or centers.  Jin Shin uses points on the body that have high electrical conductivity and are gateways to energy meridians that can be stimulated to rebalance the body. Learning and becoming aware of some simple practices can be amazingly restorative to oneself, as well as sharing one’s energy for a greater boost and a stronger closed circuit for another’s healing.  Reservations & $30 payment required – 314-432-5228. Held at A Gathering Place, 12131 Dorsett Rd – Suite 101, Maryland Heights, MO  63043.
