YogaSource Announces 6th Annual 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Training with Chris Yonker, E-RYT, and Heidi Crocker, D.C., E-RYT. The training will run March through October 2011 and is appropriate for those already teaching or who aspire to teach, as well as for those who wish to deepen their practice. The training program will cover principles of hatha yoga, teaching techniques and methodology, along with the benefits, philosophy, and integration of yoga practice into daily life. Thirty hours of yoga-related anatomy and physiology are included.
Timi McMillin, a 2010 graduate, states, “Yoga Source is not only the number one yoga studio in St. Louis, but they are also number one in yoga teacher training. I feel the instructors for the teacher training are the most qualified, and they dedicated themselves fully to the training. Chris and Heidi were attentive to the students and created a peaceful and relaxed environment for each student to grow deeper in his/her own practice and how to share that practice with others as a yoga instructor.”
