Spring is almost upon us and so is baseball. As I am huge fan of both, I am really looking forward to baseball and how the St. Louis Cardinals “4 a Greener Game” will do, oh of course we know the team will do well, always in contention for the playoffs. The Cards program has increased many efforts at the ballpark. This year they will be working on composting and improving the recycling stream some more. Of course, if you would like to help collect recycling between innings and see the game for free sign up by emailing:

On Feb. 19th join the Vine Market and St. Stephens Church as they host the North County Farmers Market from 9-11:30. You can purchase meats, cheeses, breads and other natural goodies. The event will be held at St Stephens Church at Darst and Clay avenues. It is a great way to get some local products and keep that summer market feel stirring.
