If you are interested in good German beer, wine and/or German Biological Medicine, you may consider joining the Occidental Institute Research Foundation (OIRF) from Canada. The institute, founded by Dr. Walter Sturm, is now managed by his wife Carolyn Winsor-Sturm who will guide you on their annual German Biological Medicine Tour to Germany in October or November each year.
The Tour includes private seminars held exclusively for tour members and conducted in English. In addition, participants can attend English speaking seminars at one of the largest alternative medicine conferences in Europe. This annual conference is called “Medicine Week” and the Germans often refer to it as the “European Biological Medicine Congress.”
I have been a member of the OIRF for the last 15 years and have attended their German Biological Medicine Tour many times. This organization has been a very important connection for me to learn about German Biological Medicine.
Medicine Week is considered one of the largest alternative/complementary medical conferences in the world which covers Homeopathy, Herbal Medicine, Energy Medicine, Acupuncture, Ayurvedic Medicine, Biological Dentistry, traditional German and European Natural Medicine, Biological Terrain, and many other disciplines of alternative medicine.
Why is it important for you to understand German Biological Medicine? It truly integrates the modern medical sciences with traditional European natural medicine, homeopathy, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Ayurvedic medicine, biological dentistry and bio-cybernetic medicine. These concepts have been explained in my book, Accidental Cure.
Some of the additional therapeutic modalities include bio-resonance therapy, photon and laser therapy, ionized oxygen therapy, color therapy, magnetic field therapy and many drainage therapies.
You may not have heard about some of these medical topics (nor are you likely to hear about them through your conventional medical professionals), however they are vitally important in understanding why we get sick. The lack of discussion on these topics in conventional (allopathic) medicine explains why allopathic medicine does not have the cures for chronic diseases such as cancer, heart disease, arthritis, fibromyalgia, auto-immune diseases, and neuro-degenerative diseases.
Drugs, surgery, chemo and radiation therapy are the main treatments for allopathic standard medical care which temporarily relieves symptoms but never corrects the underlying causes of the particular illness. Almost always, the medical symptoms will return as a new medical condition as a side effect of the treatment.
From the point of view of Biological Medicine, healing comes from within by assisting one’s immune system to heal itself. The best a physician can do is assist one’s own natural healing by addressing the areas overlooked by modern medical doctors. Those areas are (1) environmental toxins and heavy metals, and using chelation therapy for detoxification, (2) chronic hidden infections including parasite infestation, (3) unsuspected food allergies, (4) correcting the Standard American Diet (SAD diet) with real, whole foods and nutritional supplements, and (5) understanding dental related medical problems.
For those of you who do not have time or the finances to travel to Baden Baden, Germany on this German Biological Medicine Tour, I have been organizing the bi-annual Alternative Medicine Conference in Saint Louis. The Seventh Alternative Medicine Conference (September 9, 10, 11, 2011) will cover the important topics of German Biological Medicine in seminars by many leading experts. Save this date and plan to attend.
Tentatively scheduled speakers, representing a wide range of medical disciplines, include Dr. Zenon Gruba from Australia, Uwe Uellendahl from Germany, Gary Gordon, MD, DO, MD (H)., Hal Huggins, DDS, Fuller Royal, DO, Brian McCoy, ND., Barbel Aldridge, ND., Mike Rehme, DDS, Doug Cook, DDS., Tony Cocilove,MS., Dr. Harber, DC, Nihal DeSilva, Ph.D. and Simon Yu, MD.
German Biological Medicine has been a very important part of my Internal Medicine practice for over 20 years. If you’re a health related professional and are interested in joining the Institute Research Foundation (OIRF) and/or going on the German Biological Medicine Tour, contact Carolyn or Elaine at 250-490-3318 or go to their web site at www.oirf.com.
I’d like to see Saint Louis as the gateway to German Biological Medicine via Canada and the OIRF to Baden Baden, Germany.
