Weekly Meditation Session. I am offering 30 minute weekly virtual meditation sessions on Wednesday afternoons from 5:00 p.m. CST until 5:30 p.m. to help us all deal with what comes up inside of us in the face of this unknown. Missouri Botanical Garden and Shaw Nature Reserve To Open To Public
The Missouri Botanical Garden and Shaw Nature Reserve plan to reopen to the public on June 16. To ensure the safety of all, the Garden will implement new procedures, including limiting capacity. All visitors to the Garden, including Garden members and ZMD residents, will need advanced dated and timed e-tickets. Tickets will be available in 60-minute time slots online and by phone only. No walk-up or day-of on-site purchases. Tickets will be available one week prior to opening at mobot.org.

Class breaks down fad diets, why they are considered a fad and how to make sure your eating practices lead to sustainable habits for the long haul. 1 session.
