EarthDance is a non-profit organization working in partnership with the Open Space Council to preserve small farms. EarthDance operates an organic farming apprenticeship program on a historically organic (non-certified) 14 acre farm in Ferguson, Missouri (North St. Louis County). In 2010 there are 30 part-time apprentices learning the skills of organic agriculture with EarthDance. We sell at the Maplewood Farmers Market on Wednesdays at Schlafly Bottleworks from 4-7pm, and at the Ferguson Farmers Market on Saturday mornings from 8am -12pm.
